Dr Partha Karmakar has worked in Apollo Hospitals, Chennai for over 10 years and completed DNB nephrology there. He has worked in many corporate hospitals in Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal since 2009 as a consultant nephrologist and transplant physician. He has an experience of many live related and cadaveric renal transplant. He has special interest in preventive nephrology (early diagnosis and treatment of renal failure) and renal transplant. He received the prestigious TANKER Award in 2009, has published research papers and is a member of the international society of Nephrology, the American Society of Nephrology and the European Society.
